Festival director Jonathan Holloway today announced the line up for the 238th year of Norfolk & Norwich Festival: world premières, a feast of international stars, oodles of local talent, outdoor spectaculars and, er, a big red ball. From 7 to 22 May the city of Norwich will be transformed into one enormous artistic playground as the Festival’s furthest ever reaching programme unfolds.
